Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Kathmandu Mason & Construction Services for masonry and construction services rendered in Nepal Kathmandu. The following payment terms apply to this Invoice:
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Nabil Bank, Kathmandu Branch, Account No. 001-0045-67890, or by certified cheque payable to Kathmandu Mason & Construction Services.
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied on the outstanding balance after the due date as per Nepal's commercial transaction regulations.
- Advance payment of 30% was received on 01 May 2025 (Receipt No. KMS/RCPT/2025/00891) and has been deducted from the final settlement.
- All rates quoted in this Invoice are inclusive of mason labor, skilled helpers, and standard masonry tools. Material costs (cement, sand, bricks, tiles) are billed separately under Purchase Order No. HHD/PO/2025/0112.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all masonry work completed between 01 May 2025 and 14 June 2025 at the project site located in Balaju-4, Kathmandu, Nepal. The Mason team consisted of one Master Mason, four skilled masons, and eight general laborers working under the supervision of Kathmandu Mason & Construction Services. All masonry work has been inspected and approved by the client's structural engineer, Mr. Anil Shrestha, on 13 June 2025. The heritage restoration work in Patan, Nepal Kathmandu Valley, was completed in accordance with the Nepal Heritage Conservation Board guidelines. Please retain this Invoice for your records and for any future warranty claims related to masonry work. Our standard warranty period for all masonry construction is twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance.
