Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This invoice covers Phase 2 structural masonry works only. Phase 3 (finishing, tiling, and painting) will be invoiced separately upon completion of the current masonry scope.
- All masonry work has been inspected and certified as compliant with the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja Building Regulations and NBRRI standards by the project structural engineer.
- Materials listed in Item 8 have been delivered to the Abuja site and are the property of the client upon payment of this invoice.
- Any variation or additional masonry work requested by the client beyond the scope defined in Contract No. AM/CT/2025/019 shall be subject to a separate variation order and additional invoicing.
- This invoice is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect current market rates for masonry materials in Abuja, Nigeria.
- Abuja Mason & Construction Ltd. provides a twelve-month workmanship warranty on all masonry, plastering, and concrete blockwork detailed in this invoice.
