Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Lagos Mason & Construction Ltd. for masonry and stonework services rendered in Nigeria Lagos. Payment of the total amount stated above is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to Lagos Mason & Construction Ltd., Zenith Bank PLC, Account No: 1012-3456-7890, Branch: Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
- Advance Payment: A 30% mobilization advance of NGN 8,657,811.00 was received on 1 June 2025 and has been deducted from the final settlement.
- Balance Due: NGN 20,201,559.00 is payable upon completion and sign-off of all mason work items listed in this Invoice.
- Late Payment: A penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Nigerian commercial law.
- Warranty: All masonry work covered by this Invoice carries a 24-month structural warranty from the date of final handover.
