Payment Terms & Important Notes
This invoice is issued by Mason Construction & Masonry Services S.A.C., a legally registered company operating in the city of Lima, Peru, under the supervision of the Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT). All amounts are expressed in Peruvian Soles (S/ PEN) and are subject to the applicable 18% IGV tax as mandated by Peruvian tax law.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date, no later than July 12, 2025. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the master contract CT-2025-0089.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), Cuenta Corriente N° 191-12345678-0-99, Titular: Mason Construction & Masonry Services S.A.C., RUC 20587431296.
- The 2% source withholding (Retención en la Fuente) has been deducted in accordance with SUNAT regulations for construction and masonry services in Peru. The client is responsible for depositing this amount with SUNAT within the legally prescribed period.
- All masonry work described in this invoice has been executed in strict compliance with the Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones (RNE), the technical standards of INACAL, and the specific building permit (Licencia de Edificación) granted by the Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima for the project located in the district of Surco.
- Mason Construction & Masonry Services S.A.C. provides a structural warranty of five (5) years on all masonry work detailed herein, in accordance with Article 147 of the Peruvian Civil Code and the applicable provisions of the RNE.
- Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lima, Peru, or by arbitration before the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima, at the option of the aggrieved party.
