Terms & Conditions – Mason Services, Doha, Qatar
- This invoice is issued by Al Doha Mason & Construction Co. for masonry and blockwork services rendered at the Al Sadd residential project site in Doha, Qatar. All work has been executed in strict compliance with the Qatar Building Code (QBC) and specifications approved by the Doha Municipality and the client's appointed consultant.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue of this invoice. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided below. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per the Qatar Civil Code provisions on commercial transactions.
- All masonry materials (concrete blocks, cement, sand, steel reinforcement, and waterproofing membranes) have been sourced from approved suppliers registered with the Qatar Standards and Metrology Organization (QSMO). Material test certificates are available upon request and have been submitted to the project quality assurance file.
- The masonry works described in this invoice carry a structural warranty of ten (10) years from the date of practical completion, in accordance with Qatar's construction warranty regulations. Any defects in workmanship or materials within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
- This invoice does not include any works outside the defined scope of masonry and blockwork. Any additional or variation works requested by the client or the project engineer at the Doha site shall be subject to a separate variation order and additional invoice.
- All rates quoted are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are inclusive of labor, materials, equipment, scaffolding, site housekeeping, and applicable local permits for masonry operations within the Doha municipal jurisdiction.
- Disputes arising from this invoice or the associated masonry contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Center (QIAC).
