Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by Mason Construction & Development Ltd., a registered entity operating within Russia Moscow, in full compliance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and applicable municipal regulations of the City of Moscow.
- Payment for this Invoice shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account specified above within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per day as stipulated in Article 395 of the Russian Civil Code.
- All masonry services described in this Invoice shall be performed by qualified Mason professionals holding valid certifications recognized by the Moscow Department of Construction and Urban Development.
- Mason Construction & Development Ltd. warrants that all materials and labor provided under this Invoice meet or exceed the quality standards established by GOST regulations applicable in Russia Moscow.
- The client acknowledges that this Invoice constitutes a formal demand for payment under Contract No. SI-MASON-2024-031 and that failure to remit payment by the due date may result in suspension of ongoing Mason works at the project site in Moscow.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Moscow, Russia, in accordance with the rules of the Moscow Arbitration Court. The governing law for this Invoice is the law of the Russian Federation.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, Mason reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated pricing if material costs have changed.
