Payment Terms and Conditions
This invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above. A late payment penalty of 0.1% per calendar day shall apply to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The 2% early payment discount applies if full settlement is received on or before June 30, 2025. All amounts are denominated in Russian Rubles (RUB). This invoice is issued in compliance with the Federal Law No. 54-FZ on the application of cash register equipment and the tax regulations of the Saint Petersburg municipal authority.
Notes: All masonry work described in this invoice was executed in full compliance with the architectural heritage preservation guidelines issued by the Committee for State Control of the Saint Petersburg City Administration. Mason Construction & Stonework Services LLC holds a valid license for restoration work on objects of cultural heritage significance (License No. 78-Р-2024-00891). All materials used are certified for use in the Saint Petersburg climate zone (severe winter conditions, high humidity, and salt-laden Baltic air). The warranty period for all masonry work is five (5) years from the date of final acceptance. This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue.
