Invoice Notes & Payment Details
This Invoice is issued by Al-Riyadh Mason & Stonework Co. for masonry and stonework services rendered in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. All mason labor, materials, and equipment costs are included in the line items above unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.

Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document between Al-Riyadh Mason & Stonework Co. and the client for masonry services performed in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. All work was executed in accordance with the approved project specifications and Saudi Building Code (SBC) regulations.
2. The mason crew assigned to this project was fully licensed, insured, and compliant with Saudi labor laws. All workers held valid Iqama and professional mason certifications recognized by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
3. Any variations or additional masonry work beyond the scope defined in this Invoice must be approved in writing by both parties before execution. Supplementary invoices will be issued for approved change orders.
4. Materials used in all mason work, including cement, aggregates, bricks, stone, and adhesives, meet Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) requirements. Material test reports are available upon request.
5. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the mason contractor reserves the right to adjust pricing based on current material costs in the Saudi Arabia Riyadh market.
6. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration in Riyadh, in accordance with the Saudi Arbitration Law.
7. The client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms stated herein. A copy of this Invoice has been registered with the Saudi ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) e-invoicing platform.
