Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days of the issue date (30 June 2025). Payment is due in XOF (West African CFA Franc) via bank transfer to the account specified below.

- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with Senegalese commercial law.
- Payment milestones: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of structural masonry, 30% upon final handover and inspection.
- All masonry work is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects in the Mason's workmanship will be rectified at no additional cost within this warranty period.
Additional Notes & Remarks
This Invoice covers all masonry-related services performed by our certified Mason team at the client's residential property located in the Almadies district of Senegal Dakar. The project commenced on 10 March 2025 and was completed on 25 May 2025, spanning approximately 14 weeks of active construction.
The Mason, Master Ibrahima Fall, supervised a team of 8 skilled masons, 3 plasterers, and 2 tile installers throughout the project duration. All materials specified in the attached Bill of Quantities were sourced from approved suppliers in Senegal Dakar, including cement from Ciments du Sénégal and aggregates from local quarries in the Thiès region.
All structural masonry work was inspected and approved by the municipal building authority of Dakar (Direction de l'Urbanisme et de la Construction). The Mason's work complies with Senegalese building codes (Réglementation Thermique du Bâtiment – RTB) and seismic guidelines applicable to the coastal zone of Senegal Dakar.
