Invoice Terms, Conditions & Notes
This Invoice is issued by Mason Construction & Engineering Pte. Ltd. ("Mason") in accordance with the Master Services Agreement dated 15 January 2025 between Mason and Meridian Development Group Pte. Ltd. All work described in this Invoice was performed at the project site located in Singapore Singapore and is subject to the terms outlined below.
- Payment: The full amount of this Invoice, SGD 128,400.00, is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 14 June 2025. Payment must be made via bank transfer to the DBS account specified above. Mason does not accept cheques or cash payments for Invoices exceeding SGD 5,000.00.
- Late Payment: In the event that payment is not received by the due date of 14 July 2025, Mason reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the outstanding balance, in compliance with the Late Payment of Outstanding Debts Act applicable in Singapore Singapore.
- GST Compliance: The Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 9% applied on this Invoice is in accordance with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) regulations governing Singapore Singapore. Mason's GST registration number is G99-334455K. The client may claim input tax credit on the GST amount if eligible under Singapore Singapore tax law.
- Disputes: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered by Mason shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore, in accordance with the Singapore Mediation Centre guidelines. If mediation fails, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Singapore Singapore.
- Warranty: Mason provides a twelve (12) month warranty on all masonry works detailed in this Invoice, covering defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty period commences from the date of practical completion certified by the project architect.
- Validity: This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Mason reserves the right to re-issue or amend this Invoice in the event of clerical errors, provided written notice is given to the client within fourteen (14) days.
Mason Construction & Engineering Pte. Ltd. is a registered company in Singapore Singapore and operates in full compliance with all applicable building, safety, and environmental regulations.
