This invoice covers all masonry and stonework services rendered by Mason & Stone Craft Ltd. at the specified heritage property in the Barri Gòtic district of Barcelona, Spain, between 2 March 2025 and 30 May 2025. All work was performed in strict accordance with the approved restoration plan submitted to the Barcelona City Council and the Generalitat de Catalunya heritage authority (Patronat del Patrimoni Arquitectònic).
All natural stone materials were sourced from quarries within the Barcelona metropolitan area to ensure material compatibility with the original 14th-century masonry fabric. The lime mortar mix was prepared on-site using traditional hot-mix methods to preserve the breathability of the historic stonework.
This invoice is issued in compliance with Spanish tax regulations (Ley 37/1992 del IVA) and Catalan commercial law. A duplicate copy of this invoice may be requested from the issuer. The client acknowledges that acceptance of this invoice constitutes agreement to all terms stated herein.
