Notes Regarding This Invoice
This invoice is issued by Mason Construction & Stoneworks S.L., a registered masonry and stoneworks company operating in Valencia, Spain. All masonry services described herein were performed in accordance with the Spanish Building Code (Código Técnico de la Edificación) and the specific municipal regulations of the Ayuntamiento de Valencia.

Terms and Conditions
1. This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for masonry and stoneworks services rendered by Mason Construction & Stoneworks S.L. in Valencia, Spain. The client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of all work items listed above.
2. All masonry work is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of completion, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee is valid within the jurisdiction of Valencia, Spain, and is subject to the terms of the Spanish Consumer Protection Law.
3. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated masonry services shall be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with the applicable Spanish civil and commercial law.
4. Mason Construction & Stoneworks S.L. reserves the right to suspend any ongoing work if payment is not received by the due date. All materials and masonry components already delivered to the site in Valencia remain the property of Mason until full payment is received.
5. This invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, Mason Construction & Stoneworks may reissue the invoice with updated pricing if material costs in the Valencia market have changed.
6. The client is responsible for obtaining any additional municipal permits from the Ayuntamiento de Valencia required for structural masonry modifications beyond the scope described in this invoice.
