Payment Terms & Conditions
This invoice is issued by Tharindu Perera Masonry Services, a registered masonry and stonework contractor operating in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Payment of the full invoice amount of LKR 4,640,570.00 (Four Million Six Hundred Forty Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Sri Lankan Rupees) is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., by 30 June 2025.
Payment may be made via bank transfer to: Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Colombo Main Branch, Account Name: Tharindu Perera Masonry Services, Account No: 1020-0045-8876-12. Alternatively, payment may be made by certified cheque payable to Tharindu Perera Masonry Services, delivered to the office at 42/7, Galle Road, Colombo 03, Sri Lanka.
A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. All masonry work described in this invoice has been completed and inspected. The client has signed the completion certificate dated 14 June 2025 confirming satisfactory completion of all stonework and brickwork in accordance with the agreed specifications for this Colombo residential project.
Notes & Remarks
All masonry work performed under this invoice was carried out by qualified masons and stonemasons registered with the Sri Lanka Institute of Building Construction. The masonry materials used, including Colombo granite and locally produced clay bricks, comply with Sri Lankan Standards (SLSS) for construction materials.
The masonry work includes a twelve-month warranty period covering structural integrity of all brickwork, stonework, and mortar joints. Any defects arising from masonry craftsmanship within this period will be rectified at no additional cost to the client. The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue.
