This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment is to be made in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) via bank transfer to the account below, or by certified cheque drawn on any commercial bank operating in Khartoum, Sudan.

Notes & Terms of Service
1. All masonry work described in this Invoice was performed by certified Mason professionals registered with the Sudanese Construction Workers Association, Khartoum Chapter. The supervising Mason, Eng. Hassan El-Nur, holds a valid professional license (No. SD-MAS-2012-0091) issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, Republic of Sudan.
2. All materials used in the masonry construction, including bricks, cement, sand, and stone, were sourced from licensed suppliers within Sudan Khartoum and its immediate vicinity. Material test certificates are available upon request and are attached to the project completion file.
3. This Invoice covers all masonry labor, materials, and equipment as itemized above. Any additional masonry work requested by the client beyond the original scope will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval.
4. A warranty of twelve (12) months is provided on all masonry workmanship from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers structural integrity of masonry walls, plastering adhesion, and waterproofing performance. The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
5. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in material costs in the Sudan Khartoum construction market.
6. All disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated masonry services shall be resolved through the Khartoum Commercial Arbitration Centre in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Sudan.
