Payment Terms & Important Notes

- Late Payment: In accordance with Article 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), a late payment interest of 5% per annum shall apply to any outstanding balance after the due date.
- Warranty: Mason Construction & Stonework AG provides a statutory warranty of 5 years on all structural masonry work and 2 years on finishing work, in compliance with Swiss law (OR Art. 55–56).
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated contract shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland. The applicable law is Swiss federal law.
- Regulatory Compliance: All masonry work performed under this invoice has been carried out in full compliance with the Swiss Building Ordinance (BauV), the Canton of Zurich Building Regulations, and all applicable environmental and safety standards. The work was inspected and approved by the local Bauamt (Building Authority) of the City of Zurich on 13 June 2025.
