Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Tanzanian commercial law.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: NMB Bank, Tanzania Dar es Salaam Branch, Account Name: Mason & Stone Construction Ltd., Account No: 0045-2211-8877, SWIFT: NMBZTZDA.
- A 30% advance payment was received on 1 June 2025 (TZS 28,131,300) and has been deducted from the balance. The remaining balance due on this Invoice is TZS 65,639,700.
- All masonry work described in this Invoice has been inspected and approved by the client on-site in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. No further claims for additional masonry labour will be entertained unless a written variation order is signed.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the masonry contractor reserves the right to re-quote material surcharges.
Notes & Certifications
This Invoice certifies that all masonry services were performed by a licensed Mason and his qualified crew in full compliance with the Building Regulations of Tanzania and the standards set by the Tanzania Building Authority (TBA) in Dar es Salaam. All materials used, including cement (Dahab and Boma brands), red clay bricks, and reinforcing steel, were sourced from approved suppliers in Tanzania Dar es Salaam and meet BS 4550 and SANS 586 specifications.
The Mason, Joseph M. Mwakalinga, holds a valid National Construction Industry Council (NCIC) Grade B Mason certificate and a current work permit issued by the Tanzania Immigration Department. All masonry work is covered under a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of final handover.
