Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of this Invoice. Payment is due no later than 15 July 2025. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Thailand Civil and Commercial Code, Section 224.

Notes & Terms of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued by Mason Construction & Design Co., Ltd., a registered company under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with its principal office located in Bangkok, Thailand. All masonry and structural works described herein were performed in strict compliance with the Thai Building Control Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and all applicable Bangkok Metropolitan Administration building codes.
2. The quantities and unit prices stated in this Invoice correspond to the approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ) under Contract No. MASON-BKK-2025-031, executed on 01 March 2025 between Mason Construction & Design Co., Ltd. and Siam Riverside Development Group Co., Ltd. Any variation from the original scope must be documented via a formal Variation Order signed by both parties prior to execution.
3. All masonry materials, including bricks, cement, rebar, and precast elements, were sourced from approved Thailand-based suppliers and meet the Industrial Standards of Thailand (TIS) specifications. Mason project engineers conducted incoming material inspections and retained test samples at the Bangkok site laboratory for the project duration.
4. The 3% withholding tax has been deducted in accordance with Section 69 of the Thai Revenue Code, applicable to construction and installation services. The client is responsible for remitting the withheld amount to the Revenue Department within seven days of payment to Mason.
5. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Phase 3 masonry and structural works completed between 01 April 2025 and 30 May 2025. A detailed progress certificate, signed by the Mason site supervisor and the client's representative, is attached to this Invoice as Appendix A.
6. In the event of any dispute regarding the amounts stated in this Invoice, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in Bangkok, Thailand. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) in Bangkok.
7. Mason Construction & Design Co., Ltd. warrants that all masonry work described in this Invoice shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of substantial completion, in accordance with the warranty provisions of the master contract.
