Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This invoice covers all masonry and stonework services rendered by Ankara Stone & Mason Co. at the specified project site in Çankaya, Ankara, Turkey, during the period stated above. All work has been completed and inspected in accordance with the approved architectural and structural drawings.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu), currently 3% per month on the outstanding balance.
3. All masonry materials, including Ankara Tuff stone, concrete hollow blocks, mortar, and reinforcement elements, have been sourced from licensed suppliers within the Ankara region and meet the quality standards set forth by the Turkish Standards Institution (Türk Standartları Enstitüsü – TSE).
4. A warranty period of twenty-four (24) months applies to all masonry work described in this invoice, commencing from the date of final acceptance by the client. Any defects arising from workmanship during this period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
5. This invoice is issued in compliance with the Turkish Tax Procedure Law (Vergi Usul Kanunu) and the e-Invoice (e-Fatura) regulations of the Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı). A digital copy of this invoice has been transmitted via the GİB e-Invoice portal.
6. The masonry works described herein were performed in full compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Law (6331 sayılı İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunu) and all applicable Ankara municipal construction permits.
