Terms, Conditions & Notes – Invoice for Mason Services in Turkey Istanbul
This Invoice (INV-2025-IST-0047) is issued by İstanbul Mason & Construction Ltd. for professional masonry services rendered in Turkey Istanbul. The total amount of 1,524,440.00 Turkish Lira (TRY) is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date, as stated above. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments beyond the due date will incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month in accordance with Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Article 30).
- All masonry work described in this Invoice has been performed in compliance with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) building regulations and the Turkish Building Law (Türk Yapı Kanunu, No. 3194).
