Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Kampala Mason & Construction Ltd. for masonry services rendered in Uganda Kampala. Payment of the full amount stated above is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. The client shall remit payment via bank transfer to the following account:

Failure to settle this Invoice by the due date of 28 June 2025 shall attract a late payment penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under the Uganda Contracts Act. All masonry work described in this Invoice has been completed to the satisfaction of the site engineer and conforms to the Uganda National Building Code (UNBC) 2019 regulations. The Mason crew has inspected all structural elements and confirmed compliance with load-bearing requirements.
Additional Notes
1. This Invoice covers all masonry and structural work performed by our Mason team between 15 April 2025 and 12 June 2025 at the client's residential property in Ntinda, Kampala, Uganda.
2. A two-year structural warranty is provided on all masonry work detailed in this Invoice. The Mason guarantee covers cracking, displacement, and water ingress attributable to workmanship defects.
3. All materials used comply with Uganda Standards (US) specifications. Cement supplied is from the Uganda Cement Company, and all aggregates were sourced from licensed quarries within Kampala district.
4. The client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms stated herein. A copy of this Invoice has been filed with the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) for tax compliance purposes under TIN UG-2019-45871-001.
5. For any disputes regarding the masonry work or the amounts billed on this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through mediation under the Kampala Chamber of Commerce and Industry before pursuing legal action in the courts of Uganda.
