Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is issued by Mason Construction & Masonry Services Co., Ltd., a registered construction enterprise operating in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in accordance with the Vietnamese Construction Law 2014 and the Civil Code 2015.
2. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Vietcombank account specified above within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per day as stipulated in the master service agreement.
3. All masonry work described in this Invoice has been completed and inspected by the Mason Construction quality assurance team. Final acceptance certificates for each line item are attached to the project file at the Ho Chi Minh City site office.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client is requested to contact Mason Construction billing department for re-confirmation of outstanding balances.
5. For any disputes regarding the scope of masonry services, quantities, or pricing listed on this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve matters through negotiation at the Mason Construction office in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, before pursuing legal action under Vietnamese commercial law.
