Invoice Notes & Mathematician's Statement
This Invoice is issued by Dr. Farid Ahmadzai, a licensed and certified Mathematician, in connection with professional services rendered in Afghanistan Kabul. The Mathematician confirms that all mathematical analyses, proofs, simulations, and computational results delivered under this engagement meet the highest standards of academic and professional rigor. All proprietary mathematical models and algorithms developed during this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Client, Kabul University Engineering Department, as stipulated in the original service agreement.
The Mathematician further notes that all fieldwork, data collection, and on-site consultations were conducted within the boundaries of Afghanistan Kabul, specifically in the Wazir Akbar Khan, Shahr-e-Naw, and Karte Parwan districts. The Mathematician acknowledges the logistical considerations inherent to operating in Afghanistan Kabul and has factored appropriate time allocations into the billing hours listed above.
Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Invoice date. The Client is requested to remit payment via bank transfer to the account specified below. Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any balance remaining unpaid after the due date of 30 June 2025 shall accrue a late payment interest of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding amount.
2. The Mathematician reserves the right to suspend any ongoing or future services in Afghanistan Kabul should payment remain overdue beyond thirty (30) days from the due date.
3. All mathematical work products, including but not limited to proofs, models, code, and reports, shall be delivered in both digital (PDF and source files) and printed formats. The Mathematician guarantees the accuracy of all derivations to the best of professional ability.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Afghanistan Kabul in accordance with the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
5. The Mathematician shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all data, research findings, and institutional information encountered during the course of work in Afghanistan Kabul. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of five (5) years.
6. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the services described herein. No additional fees or costs shall be incurred beyond the amounts specified in this document unless a written amendment is executed by both parties.
