Notes & Terms
This Invoice represents the final and complete billing for all Mathematician services rendered during the period of May 5, 2025, through June 14, 2025. All mathematical work, including but not limited to derivations, proofs, simulations, and documentation, was performed by the undersigned Mathematician in accordance with the professional standards established by the Société des mathématiciens du Québec and the broader academic community in Canada Montreal.
All intellectual property, including but not limited to mathematical proofs, algorithmic implementations, and the formal white paper, remains the exclusive property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. The Mathematician retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios and academic publications, subject to the client's prior written approval for any disclosure of proprietary financial data.
This Invoice has been prepared in compliance with the tax regulations of the Province of Quebec and the federal tax authority of Canada. The applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 5% and Quebec Sales Tax (QST) at 9.975% have been calculated on the subtotal as required for services rendered within the Canada Montreal metropolitan area. Should the client require a revised Invoice or a credit note, written notice must be provided to the Mathematician within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this document.
The Mathematician confirms that all services described in this Invoice were performed independently and without conflict of interest. No portion of the fees listed herein has been or will be shared with any third party. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document under the Civil Code of Quebec and applicable Canadian commercial legislation.
