Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment shall be made via electronic bank transfer (SPEI) to the account designated below. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de México (Banxico) for overdue commercial obligations in Mexico Mexico City.

All services rendered by the Mathematician are subject to the Master Service Agreement dated March 1, 2025, executed in Mexico Mexico City. The Mathematician retains all intellectual property rights over mathematical proofs, algorithms, and methodologies developed during the engagement unless otherwise specified in writing.
Important Notes
This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the Mexican Federal Tax Code (Código Fiscal de la Federación) and the regulations of the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT). The Mathematician services described herein were performed entirely within the jurisdiction of Mexico Mexico City, and all applicable local and federal tax obligations have been accounted for in the amounts listed above.
The client is advised to retain this Invoice document for a minimum of five (5) years as required by Mexican commercial law. In the event of any discrepancy regarding the services rendered by the Mathematician or the amounts stated on this Invoice, the client must submit a written notice to the billing department within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of the Invoice terms.
All mathematical deliverables referenced in this Invoice, including but not limited to simulation code, proof documents, and training materials, have been delivered to the client via secure encrypted transfer on May 30, 2025. Delivery confirmation is on file with the Mathematician's office in Mexico Mexico City.
