Payment Terms & Conditions
This invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date, no later than June 30, 2025. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Banco de Bogotá, Account No. 016-456-789-01, or by check made payable to Taller Mecánico Andino S.A.S. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (or fraction thereof) will apply in accordance with Colombian commercial law (Código de Comercio, Art. 880).
All mechanic services described in this invoice are covered by a 30-day or 1,000-kilometer warranty, whichever comes first, on both parts and labor. This warranty is valid only for the original vehicle owner and is non-transferable. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized third-party repairs.

This invoice has been issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) of Colombia.
