Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account below, mobile money (MTN MoMo / Telecel Cash / AirtelTigo Cash), or in person at our Ghana Accra workshop office during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Please reference Invoice number AM-2025-04872 in all payment communications. A late payment penalty of 2% per month will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date as stipulated under Ghanaian commercial law.
Notes & Warranty Information
All mechanic services detailed in this Invoice are covered by a 90-day / 5,000-kilometre warranty on both labour and genuine parts, whichever expires first. This warranty is valid only when the vehicle is serviced at our Ghana Accra facility or an authorised partner workshop within the Greater Accra Region.
The senior mechanic who performed the primary engine work (Items 1 and 2) is Mr. Yaw Darko, a 15-year experienced automotive technician certified by the National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI) of Ghana. His workmanship guarantee is included in the total amount stated above.
Old and replaced parts (timing belt assembly, front brake discs, shock absorbers, and oil filter) have been retained at our workshop for thirty (30) days for the client's inspection. After this period, they will be disposed of in accordance with Ghana's Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines for automotive waste.
This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. If the vehicle is not collected within 30 days of completion, a storage fee of GHS 50.00 per day will be charged. The mechanic team will notify the client via SMS and email if the vehicle remains uncollected after 14 days.
For any disputes regarding the services rendered or the amounts stated on this Invoice, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation at our Ghana Accra office. Should resolution not be reached, the matter shall be referred to the Ghana National Consumer Protection Council in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2003 (Act 650).
