Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Due: Within 30 days of the Invoice issue date (by July 12, 2025).
Payment Method: Bank transfer to Osaka Precision Mechanic Co., Ltd., Mizuho Bank, Dotonbori Branch, Account No. 214-887-654, or via certified check payable to "Osaka Precision Mechanic Co., Ltd."
Late Payment: A penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with Japan commercial invoicing regulations.
Warranty: All mechanic labor and parts are covered under a 12-month / 20,000-kilometer warranty from the date of service completion, valid for vehicles registered in the Japan Osaka metropolitan region.
Disputes: Any discrepancies regarding this Invoice must be reported in writing within 14 days of receipt. Our Japan Osaka office will respond within 5 business days.
