Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 28 June 2025. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the following account: IBAN ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332 (Banco Santander, Spain Barcelona branch), or by credit/debit card at our workshop located in the Zona Franca district of Barcelona.
In the event of late payment, a penalty interest rate of 1.5% per month shall apply in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree-Law 4/2013 on measures to combat late payment in commercial transactions. The client acknowledges that the vehicle shall remain in the custody of Garatge Mecànic Barcelona S.L. until full payment of this Invoice has been received and confirmed.
All mechanic services described in this Invoice are covered by a warranty period of twelve (12) months or 20,000 kilometres (whichever comes first) on parts and labour, in compliance with the Spanish Consumer Protection Law (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).
Additional Notes & Mechanic Remarks
The lead mechanic, Sr. Antonio Ferrer, notes that the turbocharger failure was caused by oil starvation due to a previously clogged oil pickup screen. It is strongly recommended that the client schedule a follow-up inspection of the oil circulation system within the next 5,000 kilometres to prevent recurrence. The mechanic has documented all findings in the vehicle's service history file maintained at our Spain Barcelona premises.
The air conditioning system was found to have a minor leak at the condenser fitting, which has been sealed and recharged. The mechanic advises monitoring the system during the peak summer months in Barcelona (July–August) and returning for a complimentary pressure check if cooling performance diminishes.
All replaced parts are genuine OEM or approved equivalent components. The old turbocharger, brake discs, and compressor have been retained for 30 days in case of warranty claims and will be disposed of in accordance with Spanish waste management regulations (RD 1054/2022) thereafter.
