Terms and Conditions:
1. This invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement dated August 15, 2024, between PT. Jakarta Mechanical Engineering Solutions and PT. Nusantara Industrial Development for mechanical engineering services in Indonesia Jakarta.
2. All mechanical engineering services have been performed by licensed Mechanical Engineers registered with the Indonesian Professional Engineers Association (IAI).
3. Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
4. All designs and calculations comply with Indonesian National Standards (SNI), ASHRAE standards, and applicable local regulations in Indonesia Jakarta.
5. This invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please contact our billing department if you have any questions regarding this invoice.
6. All intellectual property rights for engineering designs and documentation remain with PT. Jakarta Mechanical Engineering Solutions until full payment is received.
7. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through negotiation in accordance with Indonesian law, with jurisdiction in the District Court of Jakarta Selatan.
