This Invoice represents the professional fees for services rendered by a licensed Mechanical Engineer operating under the regulations of the Public Authority for Manpower and the Ministry of Electricity and Water in Kuwait. All engineering calculations, designs, and inspections detailed herein have been performed in strict accordance with the Kuwait Building Code and international standards (ASHRAE, ASME).
The scope of work covers the mechanical systems for the project located in Kuwait Kuwait City. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing via a Change Order form. Failure to pay by the due date will result in a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
The Mechanical Engineer warrants that all services will be performed with the degree of skill and care ordinarily exercised by members of the profession currently practicing in Kuwait. This Invoice is valid for payment in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
