1. This invoice represents professional mechanical engineering services rendered in accordance with the contract dated September 15, 2024, between Apex Mechanical Engineering Solutions and Industrial Manufacturing Corp. de Mexico.
2. All services were performed by licensed Mechanical Engineers registered with the Colegio de Ingenieros Mecanicos Electricistas del Estado de Mexico.
3. Payment is due within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Mexican commercial law.
4. All engineering designs, calculations, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Apex Mechanical Engineering Solutions until full payment is received.
5. This invoice is issued in compliance with the Mexican Federal Tax Administration (SAT) electronic invoicing requirements (CFDI 4.0).
6. Any disputes regarding this invoice must be raised in writing within fifteen (15) days of receipt.
