3. Scope of Work: This Invoice covers the Mechanical Engineering services rendered as described above. Any additional work requested outside the original scope will be billed separately.
4. Compliance: All services provided adhere to the standards set by the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) and the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists.
5. Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within 10 business days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the charges.
6. Jurisdiction: This agreement and Invoice are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
