- Validity: This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Late payments may be subject to a penalty interest of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment of this Invoice, all intellectual property rights regarding the custom code and designs developed for this project in New Delhi shall be transferred to the client.
