Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the contract signed between PT. Advanced Mechatronics Solutions and PT. Indo Manufacturing Excellence for Mechatronics Engineering services rendered in Indonesia Jakarta.
2. Payment is due within 30 days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments may incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
3. All services were performed by qualified Mechatronics Engineers holding valid certifications and licenses as required by Indonesian regulations.
4. Warranty on engineering services is valid for 12 months from the date of project completion, covering defects in design and programming.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with Indonesian law.
6. This document serves as an official tax invoice for VAT (PPN) purposes in Indonesia.
