Terms and Conditions
1. This invoice is issued in accordance with the commercial and tax regulations of the Republic of Ivory Coast. All services were performed by qualified Mechatronics Engineer professionals registered and operating legally in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
2. Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments will be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Ivory Coast law, whichever is lower.
3. All intellectual property rights related to custom software and designs developed for this project remain with Abidjan Mechatronics Solutions SARL unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. The client receives a perpetual license to use these assets for their intended purpose.
4. The warranty period for all services and workmanship is twelve (12) months from the date of final commissioning, excluding normal wear and tear and damage caused by improper operation or force majeure.
5. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the services rendered shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, in accordance with Ivorian commercial law.
6. This invoice serves as official documentation for tax purposes in Ivory Coast. Please retain this document for your accounting records and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
