Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the commercial laws and tax regulations of the State of Kuwait. All services were performed by a qualified Mechatronics Engineer holding valid professional credentials recognized by the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR) and relevant Kuwaiti authorities.
2. The value-added tax (VAT) rate of 15% has been applied as per Kuwait VAT Law. Withholding tax of 5% has been deducted as required by Kuwaiti tax regulations for professional services rendered in Kuwait Kuwait City.
3. All engineering services, designs, and documentation provided under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of Advanced Mechatronics Solutions until full payment is received. Upon payment clearance, full rights are transferred to the client.
4. The Mechatronics Engineer has ensured that all systems designed, programmed, and installed comply with international standards including IEC 60204-1 (Safety of Machinery), ISO 10218 (Robots and Robotic Devices), and applicable Kuwaiti safety and electrical codes.
5. Payment is due within 30 days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Kuwaiti commercial law.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kuwait Kuwait City, State of Kuwait.
7. This Invoice represents the final settlement for all mechatronics engineering services rendered for the Smart Factory Integration Project as specified in the attached service agreement dated September 1, 2024.
