TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH SERVICES

1. Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Payments should be made via bank transfer to the Addis Ababa Medical Research Consortium account at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia. Late payments may incur a penalty of 2% per month.

2. Scope of Work: This Invoice covers the professional services rendered by qualified Medical Researchers as detailed above. All services were performed in accordance with the ethical guidelines set forth by the National Health Research Ethics Review Committee of Ethiopia.

3. Data Ownership: Upon full payment, all raw data, analysis files, and final reports generated during this project in Addis Ababa become the property of the client, subject to confidentiality agreements signed prior to the commencement of the research.

4. Regulatory Compliance: The Medical Researcher guarantees that all activities described in this Invoice comply with the laws of Ethiopia, including but not limited to the Health Research Ethics and Quality Management Proclamation.

5. Disputes: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Addis Ababa.

6. Validity: This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please reference Invoice Number AMRC-INV-2023-089 on all correspondence and payments.
