5. Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all research data, reports, and documents generated as part of this engagement shall be the property of the client.
6. Governing Law: This invoice and the associated services are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Moscow.
7. Tax Compliance: The VAT amount included in this invoice is calculated in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. A VAT invoice (schet-faktura) will be provided upon request.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics affecting operations in Moscow.
