Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Work: This Invoice covers professional services rendered by our certified Medical Researcher team specifically for the project located in Thailand Bangkok. Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
2. Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days. Late payments may incur a penalty fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Thai commercial law.
3. Confidentiality: All data and findings generated by the Medical Researcher are confidential and proprietary to the client. No information regarding this project in Thailand Bangkok shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

8. Validity: This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a new Invoice may be issued reflecting any applicable price adjustments or currency fluctuations.
