Notes & Terms of Service

This Invoice represents the professional fees for services rendered by the undersigned Medical Researcher. All work has been conducted in accordance with the highest standards of scientific integrity and ethical responsibility expected within the United Kingdom Manchester research community.

Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Confidentiality: All data and research findings discussed or generated during this engagement remain the intellectual property of the client, subject to the terms of our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed on 01 September 2023.

Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within 14 days of receipt. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the charges.
