Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This invoice is issued by a licensed Meteorologist operating under the regulatory framework of the Afghanistan Meteorological Department, Kabul. All services were performed in accordance with national and international meteorological standards.
- Payment of this invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance.
- All meteorological data, forecasts, and advisory reports delivered under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Meteorologist and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
- The Meteorologist warrants that all services rendered in Afghanistan Kabul were performed with professional diligence, using calibrated instruments and validated atmospheric models appropriate for the topography and climate of the Kabul region.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below, or by certified check payable to Dr. Ahmad Karimi, Meteorologist, Kabul, Afghanistan. Please reference Invoice Number INV-KBL-2025-0047 on all remittances.
- This invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the meteorologist services described herein. Any additional services requested after the completion of the engagement period will be subject to a separate invoice.
- Disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through the Afghanistan Kabul Commercial Arbitration Board in accordance with the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
