All meteorological analyses, forecasts, and climate assessments referenced in this Invoice were conducted in accordance with the Australian Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) data protocols and the Queensland Government environmental reporting guidelines applicable to Australia Brisbane.
The Meteorologist confirms that all services listed above were performed with professional diligence and in full compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Queensland Information Privacy Act 2009. Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within 30 days of the Invoice date (14 July 2025). A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the Queensland Fair Trading Act 2010.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding the charges listed on this Invoice must be raised in writing to the Meteorologist within 14 days of receipt. The Meteorologist will respond within 5 business days.
Tax: All amounts are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current Australian rate of 10%, as required by the Australian Taxation Office for services rendered in Australia Brisbane, Queensland.
