This Invoice is issued by a licensed Meteorologist operating under the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) professional registration framework. Terms & Conditions of This Invoice

1. This Invoice becomes due and payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Issue Date stated above. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per the Bangladesh Negotiable Instruments Act.

2. The Meteorologist reserves the right to withhold final data deliverables and the written technical report until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed in writing by the client's finance department.

3. All meteorological data, forecasts, and models produced by the Meteorologist under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Meteorologist unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract. The client in Bangladesh Dhaka receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for internal planning purposes only.

4. The Meteorologist shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from natural weather events, as meteorological forecasting inherently involves scientific uncertainty. This Invoice covers professional advisory services only and does not constitute a guarantee of specific weather outcomes.

5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001. The jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh Dhaka shall be exclusively applicable.

6. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the Issue Date. After this period, the Meteorologist reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates if applicable.
