4. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. After this period, the charges may be subject to revision based on updated meteorological data and prevailing market rates for Meteorologist professional services in Brazil.
5. A copy of this Invoice, along with the detailed meteorological reports and deliverables, has been transmitted electronically to the billing contact listed above. The original signed Invoice is available upon request at the office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
6. For any disputes or questions regarding this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through negotiation, with jurisdiction of the courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code.
