3. All data, reports, and analyses produced under this engagement are the intellectual property of the meteorologist and Andes Meteorological Consulting SpA. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the materials for internal agricultural planning purposes only.
4. This invoice is issued in compliance with the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII) of Chile. A digital electronic invoice (factura electrónica) has been simultaneously registered in the SII system under folio number 2025-0847-001.
5. For any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated meteorological services, the parties agree to resolve matters through the courts of Santiago, Chile, in accordance with Chilean civil and commercial law.
6. The meteorologist reserves the right to modify forecast delivery schedules in the event of extreme weather events that compromise data collection infrastructure in the Santiago region.
