Payment Terms & Meteorologist Service Notes
This invoice is issued by Beijing Meteorological Consulting Group in connection with professional Meteorologist services rendered to the Beijing Municipal Meteorological Bureau. All meteorological data, forecasts, and climate analyses referenced herein were produced in accordance with the standards set by the China Meteorological Administration (CMA) and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date via bank transfer to the account specified above. Please reference Invoice No. BJ-MET-2025-00487 in your remittance.
- All Meteorologist services were performed within the administrative boundaries of Beijing Municipality, China, and are subject to the applicable regulations of the Beijing Municipal Meteorological Bureau and the National Meteorological Center.
- The lead Meteorologist, Dr. Chen Weiming, holds a valid professional license issued by the China Meteorological Administration and is registered with the Beijing Meteorological Society.
- Any disputes regarding the scope of meteorological services or billing shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Chaoyang District People's Court, Beijing, in accordance with the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.
- This invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document (fapiao) for tax deduction purposes in China. A digital fapiao will be issued separately through the Beijing Electronic Tax Bureau portal.
