Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment is to be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of Equatorial Weather & Climate Services Ltd. at the National Bank of DR Congo, Kinshasa Branch, Account No: 0045-78912-3456-001, SWIFT: NBCDCOKN.
Alternatively, payment may be made in Congolese Francs (CDF) at the prevailing Central Bank of the Republic of Congo (BCC) exchange rate on the date of payment. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under DR Congo commercial law.
Please reference Invoice No: EWC-2025-0047 in all correspondence and remittance advices.

1. All meteorological data, forecasts, and climate reports referenced in this Invoice are the intellectual property of Equatorial Weather & Climate Services Ltd. and the Lead Meteorologist, Dr. Amara Kintu. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited under the DR Congo Intellectual Property Code.
2. The Meteorologist services described herein comply with the standards set by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the national regulations of the DR Congo Meteorological Council, Kinshasa.
3. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments will be issued.
