Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by a licensed Meteorologist operating under the regulatory framework of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) and is valid for use within Egypt Alexandria and all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
All meteorological data, forecasts, and advisory reports referenced in this Invoice were generated using certified instruments and validated against the EMA national observation network. The Meteorologist guarantees the accuracy of all data to within the standard deviation margins published by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).
Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Alexandria Meteorological Advisory Services, National Bank of Egypt, Branch: El-Montaza, Alexandria. Account No: 0045-8821-3367-9012. Please reference Invoice No. AMAS-2025-0472 on all remittances.
The Meteorologist reserves the right to issue supplementary bulletins at no additional charge if a Category 3 or higher Mediterranean cyclonic event is forecast to impact the Egypt Alexandria port area during the billing period.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issue date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Egyptian Commercial Law.
2. All meteorological services described herein are provided by a qualified Meteorologist holding a valid licence from the Egyptian Meteorological Authority. The Meteorologist shall not be held liable for damages arising from weather events that fall outside the scope of standard forecasting accuracy.
3. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document under the tax regulations of Egypt Alexandria and the Arab Republic of Egypt. A duplicate Invoice may be requested in writing within ninety (90) days of the original issue date.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts of Alexandria, Egypt Alexandria, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Egyptian civil and commercial law.
5. The Meteorologist and Alexandria Meteorological Advisory Services commit to maintaining strict confidentiality of all operational data, port schedules, and proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery in Egypt Alexandria.
