2. The Meteorologist, Dr. Yohannes Bekele, warrants that all services were performed in accordance with the standards set by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the Ethiopian Meteorological Agency operational guidelines.
3. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Any dispute regarding the scope or quality of services rendered must be raised in writing within 14 days of receipt of the final deliverables.
4. The services described herein were conducted entirely within the administrative boundaries of Ethiopia Addis Ababa. No travel or per diem charges are included as all fieldwork was local.
5. A copy of this Invoice has been filed with the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority (ERCA) in compliance with national tax reporting requirements.
