This invoice is valid for the service period specified above. Any additional meteorological consulting, emergency weather response, or extended forecasting services beyond the contracted scope shall be subject to a separate written agreement and supplementary invoice. Disputes arising from this invoice or the associated services shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the Local Court (Amtsgericht) or Regional Court (Landgericht) Frankfurt am Main.
